Sunac Center
Sunac Center Residential Landscape is a landscape design for a residential community in Hebei, China. The scheme covers 230806 square meters, of which 201179 square meters are landscape. Low impact development facilities are integrated with the paths, planting and water features to make drainage more sustainable. A winding ring road and a fitness runway connect a large leisure lawn, a fountain square, a children's playground and a sports area. The size of the water features is controlled to limit maintenance and to keep the gardens attractive in winter.
